With over twenty five years of experience in human resources, behavioral
management, and training development, my purpose is to deliver superior
quality services that are practical, measurable, and useful. I have
provided customized training programs at DuPont, South Mill Farms,
The Salvation Army, MBNA, Kaolin Farms, Greater Philadelphia Food
Bank, Phillips Exotic Mushroom Specialties, Ignari and Lummis Architects
as well as other organizations in the Delaware Valley.

I have
trained a wide variety of business leaders, therapists, teachers
and families in the fine art of approaching human dilemmas with
a solution oriented outcome. With a Masters of Social Work from
the University of Washington, I taught at the University, in public
school systems, and on many Indian Reservations throughout Washington
State. I am an avid skier, sing with the Chorus of the Brandywine,
and enjoy horseback riding near my home in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers, Delaware
Employee Assistance Association, Business Networking International
